Job Information

We are seeking a highly qualified ScheduALL Administrator to be a part of this video and data switching and transmission network. The ScheduALL Administrator will report directly to the Sr Director Systems Engineering and will be a key member of the IT/Engineering Technology team. ScheduALL is the core of the Switch's automation system. The ScheduALL Administrator will be an experienced administrator on the ScheduLINK and Network Circuit Selection platform and will be based at our Network Operations Center (NOC).

Main Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

•ScheduALL system administration and maintenance

•System SSRS Reporting and Crystal Reports

•Modifying security info/permissions and create new accounts

•Coordination with Engineering and Ops for network maintenance/configuration and Discrepancy Reports

•Training on new features and for new hires

•First level troubleshooting including

o Webservice API

o Windows services

o Analyzing XML messages

o Integration between multiple third party systems

•Creating/maintaining SQL queries to perform several specific data reporting/data cleanup

•Work Order and Interop messaging purges

•Periodic coverage of after hours support

§ Operations Manager

§ Developers Toolkit

o ScheduALL Webservice API

o ScheduALL Auto Status Advance

o ScheduALL Web App

o Chorus

§ Interop Messenger

§ Interop Listener

•Experienced with basic SQL queries and troubleshooting

•Ability to maintain long term working relationships

•Ability to effectively communicate technology issues

•Ability to work independently

Qualifications:

•College degree preferred

•3 - 5 years administering ScheduALL
