Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sterile Processing Technician to ensure the cleanliness, sterilization, and preparation of surgical instruments and equipment. The Sterile Processing Tech will play a critical role in maintaining a sterile environment and supporting the surgical team.
Key Responsibilities :
-Clean, sterilize, and assemble surgical instruments and equipment.
-Inspect instruments for functionality and cleanliness before sterilization.
-Operate and maintain sterilization equipment, such as autoclaves.
-Organize and restock sterile supplies in preparation for surgical procedures.
-Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and inventory.
Qualifications :
-Certification as a Sterile Processing Technician (CSPDT) preferred.
-Experience in sterile processing or a related field is a plus.
-Knowledge of sterilization techniques and infection control standards.
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
