What Youll Do

  • Partner with stakeholders across the People team to shape and influence change management strategies for key People team initiatives, spanning people, process, structure and technology. Change management approaches should drive adoption as well as cultural and behavioral shifts needed for long-term success.
  • Facilitate the development of change management plans, stakeholder analyses, risk mitigation plans, impact assessments, change readiness assessments, and success measures.
  • Develop or review written communication materials related to People-team change initiatives; coordinate with Internal Communications to align on communications plans with broad organizational impact.
  • Collaborate on the development and delivery of learning programs to build skills, support team effectiveness, and strengthen leadership capabilities.
  • Consult with People Business Partners to offer innovative talent development tools and customized learning solutions.
  • Manage and refine critical talent processes and lead ad-hoc projects.

What You Have
  • 8+ years of professional experience in change management, talent management, talent development, or organizational development within a People function.
  • Change management certification; proven track record leading change through cultural shifts and transformation journeys.
  • Action-oriented, detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills. Able to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities with high quality.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, facilitation, and training skills.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented, approachable, and able to build relationships and influence teams.
  • Experience consulting, coaching, and developing people individually and in groups.
  • Learner mindset and growth orientation.

The national cash compensation range for this role is $140,000 - $176,000.

Please note: Final offer amounts are determined by factors including prior experience, expertise and region and may vary. This range does not include additional compensation benefits (such as equity, 401K, or health insurance).
