  • Align product strategy with HMI's scientific mission and ethos: evidence‑based, accessible, and scalable well‑being solutions
  • Conduct discovery on commercialization efforts in order to increase earned revenue

  • Responsible for all application technologies outside of internal IT, which include the consumer app, a research platform, and our direct‑to‑consumer portfolio
  • Manage the technology and design team

User Experience & Impact Metrics

  • Set up and monitor clear KPIs for both impact and engagement:
    • Consumer metrics: app downloads, course enrollments, quiz completions, and user retention
    • Organizational metrics: client adoption, retention, satisfaction, and well‑being outcomes
  • Gather and synthesize feedback to continuously enhance usability, accessibility, and relevance

Product Portfolio Management

    • Low‑cost/high‑reach consumer tools (app, texts, quiz)
    • Higher‑touch, higher‑revenue organizational offerings (consulting, courses, speaking)
  • Identify opportunities for bundling or integration to enhance customer value and cross‑product synergy

In addition, the successful candidate must:

  • Be able to work in the US without requiring sponsorship

    • Present to CEO and board by end of Q2 for adoption.
