Welder - Plainview, TX
Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour (based on experience and weld test)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Overtime available)

Responsibilities:

• Perform fabrication and welding using flux-core wire.
• Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
• Operate a sit-down forklift safely.
• Assist with shop tasks as needed and maintain a clean work area.

• Minimum 1 year of welding experience (will consider recent welding school graduates).
• Must be dependable, self-motivated, and teachable.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to long-term employment.
