Details Short-term acute care hospital setting with 49 staffed beds, designated as a Level IV Trauma Center Multispecialty ultrasound unit covering general ultrasound, fetal/OB, breast, transvaginal, vascular, and full echocardiography services Patient ratio of 8:1 4x10-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM On-call required Monday through Friday from 5:30 PM – 7:00 AM and 24 hours a day on weekends No floating between units within the facility Epic EMR required Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in ultrasound/sonography Full-body sonography competency required, including general ultrasound, fetal ultrasound, OB, breast, transvaginal, vascular, adult echo, contrast echo, and echo stress treadmill Proficiency with Epic EMR required Active professional license required if applicable BLS certification required At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting Full SSN and DOB required for consideration Additional Information Perform a broad range of ultrasound and echocardiography studies, including general, fetal/OB, breast, transvaginal, vascular, adult echo, contrast echo, and echo stress treadmill Travelers are expected to float between facilities within the state — refusal to float may result in assignment termination Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility Minimal RTO is strongly preferred for this position Navy blue scrubs required Free parking available in any unrestricted space Prior work history at any facility within this health system (permanent, travel, or per diem) must be disclosed upon consideration American Traveler Job ID P-719904.
