The Division of Women's Health at Brigham and Women's Hospital is seeking a Research Assistant I. The Division of Women's Health is the academic home of BWH faculty with a primary research or clinical interest in women's health.
There is a need for a 0.5FTE Research Assistant to work with Division faculty on a variety of quantitative and qualitative research projects. Approximately 50% effort would be statistical programming for studies based in a national cohort study of nurses. Roughly 30% effort would be research support for analyses of adverse pregnancy outcomes and subsequent mental health conditions and cardiovascular risk, including support for related qualitative interviews (scheduling, obtaining informed consent, providing quality checks on interview transcription, assisting with coding of qualitative data, etc.) as well as assistance with a medical record validation project of preeclampsia and preterm delivery. One day a week will be spent assisting various faculty research projects, as needed.
This position will be based primarily in Division of Women's Health at Brigham and Women's Hospital in the Longwood Medical Area. Remote work is possible. We are looking for 20 hours per week.
