Ecolab Quality Specialist

Ecolab is looking for a Quality Specialist to join our Quality team at the production plant in Pilar.

What You Will Do:

• Lead the Integrated Management System with direct management over ISO9001; ISO22000.

• Ensure that the Integrated Management System documents are maintained and updated appropriately, ensuring continuous improvement and customer satisfaction using the company's tools and standards.

• Ensure that policies/procedures are followed, promoting continuous improvement, which will promote culture, satisfying both the company and customer requirements.

• Coordinate prevention systems, improvement systems, corrective actions, preventive actions, and customer complaints, providing support to other areas in root cause analysis and action plans.

• Coordinate internal and external audits and their related activities.

• Meet the diverse requests of Clients, such as questionnaires, documents, technical information, and audits.

• Comply with all company procedures and programs established to have a safe operation.

Position Details:

• The role will have a hybrid work scheme, based at the production plant in Pilar.

What You Need:

• University degree in Chemical Engineering, in food or related fields.

• Advanced handling of Excel.

• Experience working with ISO standards.

• Ability to work independently and with initiative.

• At least 4 years of experience in quality and safety roles.
